GEL unleash killer new single Honed Blade, which is about vocalist Sami Kaiser’s ‘struggle to stay in the moment’.
Just a couple of weeks after dropping Attainable and announcing their debut album Only Constant, GEL are back with more new music.
Today the band share their album opener Honed Blade, which according to a press release is about vocalist Sami Kaiser’s ‘struggle to stay in the moment’. “When I was younger I would kind of shut down in unfamiliar situations, I would get paralysed,” Sami explains. “But getting into punk and then playing in bands and performing really helped me grow from that. It’s challenging, but in a good way.”

Only Constant is released on March 31 via Convulse Records. GEL will play Outbreak Fest in Manchester on June 23 – 25.
