Manchester Orchestra announce new album, The Million Masks Of God

Atlanta indie-rockers Manchester Orchestra have unveiled details of their upcoming sixth album The Million Masks Of God – the follow-up to 2017's fifth LP A Black Mile To The Surface.

The band's new 11-track full-length is due out on April 30 via Loma Vista, with lead single and video Bed Head out now. Of the song, Andy Hull says it is "two old friends existing in two separate realities, it’s a conversation about the lives they lived, the consequences of life’s decisions, and finding purpose in trying to be better."

Discussing The Million Masks Of God as a whole and its concept running on from Black Mile…, Andy explains, "If Black Mile was this idea of ‘from birth to death’, this album would really be more about ‘from birth to beyond, focusing on the highs and lows of life and exploring what could possibly come next'."
