Kerrang! can exclusively reveal the line-up for the Friday of ArcTanGent 2021!

Following the cancellation of this year's ATG – for obvious reasons – the organisers have gone all out to pull together the bulk of the planned 2020 bill plus some more surprises along the way.

While the Friday night headliner is yet to be announced, 36 bands have been added to one of the UK's best independent festivals.

Amenra, Oathbreaker, Jamie Lenman, Enslaved, Rivers Of Nihil and Curse These Metal Hands have all been added to Friday at ATG. Rolo Tomassi will also be playing their incredible Time Will Die And Love Will Bury It album in its entirety. That is going to rule.

“I’m so stoked on the Friday line up at ATG," says festival organiser James Scarlett. "It’s a mix of some of my favourite live bands like Amenra, Rolo Tomassi and Jamie Lenman plus the return of the mighty Oathbreaker for what is likely to be their only show of 2021.

"To say the least, 2020 has obviously been a bit of a nightmare for everyone, so we really wanted to bring some joy and some guitars to people’s lives. I’m so proud of the line-up we’ve put together and can’t wait to see everyone at Fernhill Farm in August 2021. See you all then!”

The full list of bands announced today is as follows:

Amenra, Oathbreaker, Rolo Tomassi, Jamie Lenman, Enslaved, Intervals, Bell Witch, Rivers of Nihil, Raketkanon, Quail vs Kenny, Chinese Football, Wheel, Jo Quail, The Samuel Jackson Five, Alpha Male Tea Party, Curse These Metal Hands, Wess Meets West, Odradek, BRIQUEVILLE, Heisa, Astrosaur, tortuganónima, The Mantis Opera, Body Hound, Stake, Mountain Caller, TANKENGINE, Binge, Last Hyena, Paranoid Void, Straight Girl, Jakub Zytecki, Lack The Low, Stoßzahn, Skemer and Pollyanna Holland-Wing.
