Testament and Thrown Into Exile join Bloodstock line-up
Over the weekend, Bloodstock 2026 got a whole lot thrashier with new additions Testament and Thrown Into Exile.
Bring your banana costumes and inflatables to Party Cannon's set on the Ronnie James Dio stage at Bloodstock - they're planning to do something extraordinary (and silly).
Party Cannon are calling on the “low IQ metal fiends of Bloodstock” to help them break up to four world records during their set at the festival in a few weeks.
When the death metal band play the Ronnie James Dio Stage on Friday, August 7, a world record adjudicator will be on hand to watch their attempts at breaking these records - and they need your help.
The first record they’re attempting to break is for the world’s loudest gang chant, and they’re also encouraging people to come in costume - especially banana costumes - to set the record for the world’s largest costume circle pit.
Party Cannon also want to break the record for the most people crowdsurfing on inflatables and are encouraging fans to bring their own, plus they’ve stocked up on inflatables themselves. Finally, they’re also trying to create the world’s largest push-up pit.
“SEE YOU ALL IN THE PIT FOR THE DUMBEST BLOODSTOCK EVER,” they write on Instagram.
Elsewhere, Bloodstock is taking place from August 6-9 at Catton Park in Derbyshire. Lamb Of God, Slaughter To Prevail and Judas Priest will be topping the bill this year and they’ve also got Sepultura, Bleed From Within, Body Count, Municipal Waste, Testament, Wednesday 13, Leprous, Carpenter Brut, Northlane, The Scratch and more joining the party.
