Bloodstock have announced four more bands for the 2020 instalment of the heavy metal weekender.

Leading the charge for the August bash are Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals who will be performing a special A Vulgar Display Of Pantera on the main stage. Having performed similar sets recently, the former Pantera frontman will be picking tracks from their back catalogue and mixing them with his own solo material.

Elsewhere, goth overlords Paradise Lost will be performing their 1995 album Draconian Times in full to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

New York alt.metal veterans Life Of Agony also join the main stage, marking their first ever appearance at Bloodstock festival.

The final band announced for Bloodstock 2020 are Diamond Head, the band whose brand of NWOBHM helped influence the Bay Area thrash scene. They'll be taking to the main stage on Sunday.

They'll be joining the previously announced Devin Townsend, Skindred, The Black Dahlia Murder, Jinjer, Gloryhammer and more.

Bloodstock takes place at Catton Park, Derbyshire, on August 6-9 2020.
