Skrillex’s new album Quest For Fire is dropping this Friday – and it includes a number of massive guest spots, including Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz…
Skrillex is well and truly back – in fact, after a long wait, he’ll be dropping brand-new album Quest For Fire this Friday (February 17).
Having already released a number of singles in 2023, the musician – real name Sonny Moore – has now previewed the whole thing via a DJ set from his basement.
Naturally he’s got in a ton of cool guests one Quest For Fire, from Fred Again.. to Siiickbrain to Missy Elliott. But one in particular really piqued our interests: the one and only Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy.
Pete will appear on the song Warped Tour ’05 – and speaking of that name, both FOB and Sonny’s band From First To Last did indeed appear on that 2005 line-up together…
Skrillex only teased around 30 seconds of that song during his DJ set so we’ll have to wait to hear the full thing, but check out the stream below and skip to 10:09 if you want to hear some of Warped Tour ’05 (spoiler: it doesn’t give very much away at all).
Fall Out Boy’s new album So Much (For) Stardust is due out on March 24 via Fueled By Ramen/DCD2.
