Skunk Anansie Release New Single What You Do For Love

Brit-rock legends and recent Kerrang! Award winners Skunk Anansie have released their first new music in three years with the single What You do For Love.

The new track is the first fresh music we've heard since 2016's Anarchytecture, and comes just ahead of the band's upcoming UK tour.

“The hardest songs to write are political ones which is why we always try to avoid them," says Skunk Anansie vocalist Skin. "They’re supposed to just instantaneously spill out of you due to pure vexation, or they sound insincere and you fall into tired old clichés. This is one of those moments of rage! Love always seems to be the reason why people do hateful things, which I’ve never been able to understand.”

Skunk Anansie recently released their [email protected] live album, celebrating a quarter-century of the band. To support the record, the band are touring the United Kingdom this August and September.
