Alexisonfire’s Dallas Green Joins Alice In Chains Onstage In Canada
The band and Green performed Nutshell, a track taken from Alice In Chains’ 1994 EP Jar Of Flies.

Dallas, who is a special guest on Alice In Chains’ current North American leg of their world tour, has been a longtime fan of the Seattle four-piece.
“Anyone that knows me understands how incredibly deep my love for Alice in Chains goes,” wrote the guitarist in a Facebook post prior to the tour. “I can point to many musical mile markers that have helped me navigate this incredible journey that I’ve been on since I first picked up a guitar, but if you want to get to the bottom of why I make music the way that I do, it is this band.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“Dirt was the first record I ever bought with my own money, on my birthday, September 29th, 1992 at the Lincoln Mall in St. Catharines, Ontario. 27 years later I’m so very grateful to say i’ll be opening for them, Me and a guitar. Life is strange and beautiful.”
