Crowned with Album Of The Year at the 2015 Kerrang! Awards for their ground-breaking debut album, The Wierd And Wonderful, the Marmozets ship is set to sail again after being docked for quite some time. Said debut album came out way back in September 2014, and while they toured the shit out of it – literally, they played everywhere and anywhere, but that's what good bands do – they've been quiet as of late.
With a short August run of dates set to kick off this week, and a set at the upcoming Reading & Leeds Festival, the excitement is starting to mount yet again. While we're psyched they're back touring, the news of new music is something we're itching for and it would seem we might be getting that soon.
First though, the Bingley rockers will be hitting the UK in October for a run of dates at slightly bigger venues, which also includes a show at The Garage in London. If you want a live show peppered with proper punk attitude, mind-boggling riffs and anthemic melodies, then you should probably get yourself to one of these shows.
