On Tuesday night, to mark the release of Over You, part three of his F*ck Love trilogy, Australian rapper The Kid LAROI held a surprise gig. On the roof of the Hollywood Palladium. Such a big statement needs big contents, so he roped his mates Machine Gun Kelly and Justin Bieber in to help out.

Afterwards, The Kid LAROI wrote on Instagram: "WOW. bro. I don’t even know what to say. I announced that I was gonna play this show 24 hours before it happened, and gave y’all the location 3 hours before doors opened. we had to literally shut the street down because y’all were trying to jump the fences and break em down. I never lied when I said I have the greatest fanbase in the entire world. seeing all of y’all coming together like that and singing all the words was a feeling I still cannot explain. family shit. y’all made me literally shed a tear up there and that’s fuckin rare.

"Thank you to my brothers Justin Bieber, Machine Gun Kelly and G Herbo for coming out and rockin with me man! y’all are all goats and I’m so appreciative that I get to share moments like these with you guys. this is the shit I dreamed about as a kid…"

Kells recently revealed that he’s been working on new music which he plans to drop in August. Talking on Instagram Live, he said that he’s been in the studio with blink-182 drummer and producer of anything vaguely pop-punk in 2021 Travis Barker, doing the follow-up to last year’s Tickets To My Downfall.

"I’ve been filming a movie this month and getting ready for the next album rollout and this tour,” he confirmed. "I’m excited for the album; you know, me and Travis, we got back in [to the studio] and everything’s just falling into place and I feel really happy with everything.”
