Having been fans of each other's bands for quite some time, Hayley Williams and Kat Moss have got to link up on the former's Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party tour for a duet of Parachute.
Hayley Williams brought out Scowl’s Kat Moss to sing Parachute live in Oakland, California last night (May 7).
Hayley has been bringing out a different guest to duet with on that particular song every night of her current Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party tour. So far, she’s had huge names such as Anthony Green (L.S. Dunes, Circa Survive, Saosin), Dallas Green (Alexisonfire, City & Colour) and Josh Scogin (‘68, The Chariot) and now, Kat Moss has had a turn.
Hayley is a known Scowl fan, having given the Santa Cruz hardcore band a shout-out on her BBC Sounds radio show Everything Is Emo in 2022. That same year, Kat said in an interview with NME: “I would love to play with Paramore, I would lose my mind. I’d cry.”

Kat revealed in a recent interview that they've been exploring new creative avenues amid news that Scowl have cut back on their touring schedule and are taking a hiatus.
“I’m really excited to unravel who my artistic self is,” they told Good Times. “Scowl turned into a machine. It’s really fucking cool and crazy, but it’s also nice to breathe a little, too.”
Meanwhile, Hayley will bring the Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party tour - on which she’s playing her most recent solo album in full - to the UK this June. She has also just announced The Hayley Williams Show tour for North and Latin America later this year, where she’ll be playing songs from across her three solo albums.
