All That Remains Guitarist Oli Herbert's Death Now Being Treated As Suspicious

Police are looking deeper into the "undetermined" nature of Oli's death.

All That Remains Guitarist Oli Herbert's Death Now Being Treated As Suspicious

Last month, founding All That Remains guitarist Oli Herbert tragically drowned in an accident at his home. Last week, his widow Beth Herbert revealed in a Facebook post that Oli was on anti-depressants and a sleep aid at the time of his death.

Now, the Hartford Courant are reporting that police are treating Oli's death as suspicious. Right now, they are attempting to reconstruct Oli's last 24 hours, including a period of time in which he was reported missing by his wife. The medical examiner in this case, Dr. James Gill, has labeled his cause of death "undetermined", as opposed to homicide, suicide, or accident.

The police are not the only ones to suspect foul play, as some of Oli's friends have apparently started a Facebook group called Justice For Oli Herbert, which advocates his death being examined further.

Oli's cause of death will remain "undetermined" until more information comes to light. Our hearts go out to Oli's friends, family, bandmates and loved ones during this difficult time.
