Get a taste of the Kentucky riff slingers’ new album!
The Kentucky riff machines have released a brand new video.
This is a good week to be a Black Stone Cherry fan. Not only are the band currently slaying arenas with Shinedown and Halestorm on their biggest UK tour ever, they’re also treating fans to some brand new music. Going all out conceptually, BSC go diving beneath the waves in the video for their brand new song In Our Dreams – the first official single to be taken from their upcoming fifth album Kentucky, which is due for release April 1 via Mascot Label Group. With this track following last year’s unveiling of new song The Way Of The Future, it sounds like Kentucky is going to be a belter.
Speaking about the video, drummer John Fred Young says: “We wanted the video for In Our Dreams to bring the song’s lyrics to life. Director Kyle Cogan helped us to forge new ground, visually. His unique sci-fi storyline of two sisters, tragically separated into two social classes in an oppressed underwater civilization run by an evil leader, accompanied the lyrics so well, and metaphorically, the story feels like it relates to current world circumstances.”
You can pre-order your copy of Kentucky now at iTunes, or grab a CD/vinyl package over at this link.
