Issues unleash surprise single ahead of this month’s farewell shows

Surprise! Issues have just released a brand-new single, Since I Lost You.

The track arrives just before the band’s remaining members – guitarist/vocalist AJ Rebollo, bassist/vocalist Skyler Acord and drummer Josh Manuel – bid farewell with six headline dates this month.

And it’s a fitting goodbye, too, with Skyler singing lyrics like, ‘And part of me selfishly hopes you've been sad too / Since I lost you,’ making this a “love letter to their fans and ode to the last 12 years” according to a press release.

In a statement announcing their final gigs, Issues collectively explained that, “We feel very strongly that the legacy we want to leave be a positive one.” They added, “These shows are the final chapter in a long history of pushing the limits of composition, musicianship, and culture in every way we could.”
