Beartooth have shared the fourth single from their new album Pure Ecstasy, which Caleb Shomo has said is his favourite on the track list - check it out below.
Beartooth have shared a cathartic new single, Eyes Closed.
It’s the third single to drop from their new album Pure Ecstasy, following Free, the title track and Bullshit. The album will come out on August 28 via Fearless.
“There are so many fun riffs to play on Eyes Closed,” says vocalist Caleb Shomo. “It felt incredible to scream it out and let go. The song was written from the ground up with Jordan, and the moment it was a demo, we knew we had something special.”

Caleb also offered an update into how he’s getting on following an eventful 2026, in which he came out as gay and filed for divorce from his wife of 14 years.
In a video posted to Instagram, he says that Eyes Closed is his favourite song on the album and admits: “I’ve been real scared of this fucking record.”
“Been a weird few months, but I’m starting to feel it. I’m starting to remember why I do all this fucking nonsense. ‘Cos I just fucking love rocking and I love writing songs talking about what I’m going through and getting to tour around and experience it with so many fucking amazing people.”
