Iron Maiden celebrate The Trooper being used in the Stranger Things finale
“Eddie got his moment!” Iron Maiden’s The Trooper was used in the perfect way in the Stranger Things finale, Chapter Eight: The Rightside Up.
Because why decide between two of America’s biggest fests when you could do both Louder Than Life and Inkcarceration in 2026?!
Last week, Inkcarceration Festival announced its jumbo bill for 2026, headlined by Limp Bizkit, Bad Omens and Disturbed, topping a bananas line-up including Gojira, Poppy, Papa Roach, A Day To Remember, Ice Nine Kills, Lorna Shore, Motionless In White and tons more.
Not only that, but the record-busting 90,000-cap fest, held at Ohio State Reformatory on July 17-19, is offering tours of it prison surrounds, as seen in The Shawshank Redemption.
It's not the only fest organisers DWP are involved in this year. Among other massive happenings across America, they're yet to announce who else is going to be joining Iron Maiden and My Chemical Romance in Louisville, Kentucky, for this year's Louder Than Life in September, but it's sure to be as stuffed as last year's mammoth event. There's still two headliners to come, as well as almost 200 more bands.
For those torn between Louder Than Life and Inkcarceration, they're offering a limited amount of LoudINK Passes that'll get you into both for cheaper than buying tickets separately.
Pick yours up now, and get ready for a whopping seven days of action across both fests.
