Maruja, Pupil Slicer, Arcane Roots, NOTHING and almost 50 more announced for ArcTanGent

ArcTanGent have revealed their latest bands for 2026’s line-up, including Pupil Slicer, Maruja, Jamie Lenman, NOTHING, the return of Arcane Roots, and a UK exclusive gig from Faroese enigma Eivør.

They join an already-stacked bill featuring Chelsea Wolfe, Perturbator, Napalm Death, Primus, High On Fire, Alcest and the final-ever festival show from Svalbard.

Also in today’s announcement are Nordic Giants, the UK debut from post-punks Scorpion Milk, Brazilian avant-garde metallers Papanugu, British doom legends Witchsorrow, witchy metallers Forlorn, Manchester aggro crew Leeched, mysterious multi-instrumentalist Master Boot Record and many, many more.

“ArcTanGent 2026 is officially our best-selling edition of the festival by a country mile, and we are absolutely buzzing to be adding another huge wave of artists for the festival,” says ATG big boss James Scarlett. “In particular, bands like EIVØR, NOTHING and Master Boot Record, who are joining us at the festival for the very first time.

“One of the best parts of booking a festival is also to be able to have some artists return significantly bigger than the last time they played. The likes of Maruja and Mass of the Fermenting Dregs have well and truly sped through the ranks and both are not to be missed this year after playing much lower down the bill only a few years ago.

“All this without mentioning the return of the mighty Arcane Roots – to have them returning after over seven years, exclusively for our festivals, is a truly special moment.”
