Listen to Muse’s riff-tastic new single, Cryogen

Muse have unleashed an explosive, riff-tastic new single, Cryogen.

The song is taken from the trio’s forthcoming 10th album The Wow! Signal – which is due out on June 26 – and follows last year’s Unravelling and their cinematic recent effort Be With You.

Cryogen was written and produced with the help of Dan Lancaster (Bring Me The Horizon, blink-182), with additional production from Aleks von Korff. Lyrically, a press release describes how frontman Matt Bellamy ‘paints a vivid picture of a man so deep in the thrall of another that he’s envisioned his tormentor as a frozen moon of Jupiter, and himself as a lost speck on the surface’ (yep, it’s all very Muse).
