Sertraline Smile is the second single from Rough Hands' forthcoming album Moral Terror. If you're a fan of bands like Code Orange, Neurosis, Deftones and Type O Negative, you may well be into this jam.

This CGI video though, so good:

Moral Terror vinyl is pressed on frosted clear 12" wax and limited to just 300 copies. It's out 13th April, pre-order one for yourself here!
