Talinda Bennington Asks Fans To Show They "Know The Five Signs" To Honour Chester

Chester Bennington's widow, Talinda, has called for fans to honour the late Linkin Park legend on what would have been his 42nd birthday today.

As part of her incredible 320 campaign to change the direction of mental health, Talinda has asked fans to post a selfie with 'I AM THE CHANGE' written on their hands.

She wants people to make a pledge to learn the "five signs of emotional well-being", and spread awareness on healthy emotional habits.
