How is the Slipknot and Stone Sour singer still kicking so much ass at 45?

Today, Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor turns 45 years old – which, among other things, makes one wonder how he does it all.

Your 40s are supposed to be the age at which you lighten up and dad out, but Corey had one hell of a year. He released a new song and video with Slipknot:
