While She Sleeps Release New Single Anti-Social, Announce New Album And UK Dates

The album SO WHAT? will be released in March.

After giving away new music at the weekend in the form of a USB treasure hunt, While She Sleeps will release their new album, SO WHAT?, in March.

The album – crowdfunded by fans and set for release through their own label – was produced by Carl Bowen at the band’s own studio, Sleeps Audio. According to guitarist Sean Long, the band are taking no prisoners with their fourth full-length effort.

“We’ve let our hair down and we’ve got our bollocks out,” says Sean. “I’m not fucking about. I’m not cutting corners. I’ve been writing like this will be my last album.

“You Are We got us to this special position, and it’s given us a platform,” he adds. “For us, it’s like, ‘What can we do to really stick this in people’s faces? What can we put out there that we’re buzzing off?’ I don’t want to be following everyone else; I want people to follow us.”

The video for their first single, Anti-Social, is available to view now. Check it out below.

The band will play a series of UK dates early next year with support from Stray From The Path and LANDMVRKS. Catch them at the following venues.

February 28 Leeds Beckett SU
March 1 England London Roundhouse
