Bring Me The Horizon brought out viral star MAPHRA to perform Doomed at Sonic Temple over the weekend.

MAPHRA’s made a huge name for herself performing vocal covers of metal songs, but her cover of the opening track from Bring Me The Horizon’s 2015 album That’s The Spirit has been the most popular by a long way. At the time of writing, the video has racked up over 21 million views on YouTube in the last three months and upon release topped the Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs Chart.

As such, her appearance on stage with Bring Me The Horizon at Ohio’s Sonic Temple was a huge moment - and don’t they sound great together?

Check it out below:

When she initially released Doomed, MAPHRA said: “I’ve always found myself to be a very quiet person. I feel that I’m finally opening up to the world around me and embracing who I am by sharing my voice. It’s not because you’re hearing me sing, it’s that you’re connecting with me and feeling the emotion that I put into each and every lyric. I’ve struggled with depression and my sense of purpose for so long. I can gladly say that I will be dedicating my life to my music career full time and I will never stop.

“My team and I are working hard to develop original music that hopefully you will all connect to and feel just as deeply as we do. Again, thank you all for the love and support, and for making my childhood dreams come true!”
