Great news for fans of both Ghost and Pet Shop Boys: the Swedish gang’s brilliant cover of It’s A Sin is finally going to hit streaming services.

The Cardinal Copia-era rendition of the 1987 synth-pop banger was originally released on the bonus version of 2018’s Prequelle, but in a surprise new video as part of their long-running YouTube series, they’ve confirmed it’ll be widely available to fans for the first time ever this Friday, January 16.

The clip – entitled Chapter 24: Frater Is Delegating – also seems to suggest that Ghost won’t be doing a full covers EP on their Skeletá era, because those are Cardi C’s thing, and not for new frontman Papa V Perpetua (“Covers EP for me, but not for V,” their old singer says, before finding a “loophole” in order to be able to release It’s A Sin).
