Ahead of the release of Green Day's BBC Live Sessions album in three weeks' time, the band have shared a new (well… old) performance of Walking Contradiction.

The awesome live audio of this Insomniac single was recorded all the way back in 1996, with performances of Geek Stink Breath, Brain Stew/Jaded and Stuck With Me from that year also included on the album.

This throwback track follows Green Day's new single Holy Toledo! on November 5, which was taken from the Mark, Mary & Some Other People movie released on the same day.
