After releasing an awesome new cover earlier in the week while in isolation due to the coronavirus pandemic, Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong has now just announced his participation in The iHeartRadio Living Room Concert For America.

Billie Joe will be joining – via his living room – Alicia Keys, Backstreet Boys, Billie Eilish, Mariah Carey and Tim McGraw for the Elton John-hosted event, which will be broadcast on FOX on Sunday, March 29 at 9pm EDT/6pm PDT (that's 1am GMT on Monday, March 30).

"Some of music's biggest stars are inviting you into their homes for a special one-hour event to help support relief for all of the first responders and everyone else who has been risking their lives every day in the fight against the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the victims of its rippling effects," explain iHeartRadio.

"The special will also pay tribute to the people on the frontlines during this difficult time in order to fight the spread of COVID-19 – the health professionals, first responders and local heroes. In addition to the musical performances, viewers can support two of many charitable organizations that are helping victims and first responders during this pandemic – Feeding America and First Responders Children's Foundation."

You can tune in via FOX, as well as listening on iHeartMedia radio stations in the States, and via the iHeartRadio app.
