TX2's new collaboration with Reel Big Fish offers a quirky new take on their sound, while they address "why evil exists" and who perpetrates it.
TX2 are switching things up on their new single Evil Is Contagious, featuring Reel Big Fish.
Their collaboration has spawned a rather different take on TX2’s sound - it’s even got a ukulele and more than a strong whiff of ska. It follows up a slew of new music from the band this year, following debut album End Of Us in February and the recent single Confession.
“After the success of confession, we wanted to keep momentum going and release Evil Is Contagious with our friends in Reel Big Fish,” vocalist Evan Thomas shares. “I’ve learned hurt people hurt people in this world, and that is the point of this song. It is a perspective of the world, and why evil exists.”
