Harper continues to be one of the coolest young stars in metal, having gone viral when she was just nine years old for covering Spiritbox’s Holy Roller (and then performing it on America’s Got Talent a year later).

Now, aged 11, she’s showing how far she’s come already with a ferocious, fantastic cover of Bad Omens’ Artificial Suicide – watch it below. In an interview with Kerrang! last year, Harper revealed of how she first discovered her almighty voice: “I was like, ‘I have to try this!’ And then a demon came out! I don’t know how I did it.”

As well as doing covers, in summer 2022 Harper unveiled her own solo single Falling. “It’s better that people know my thing isn’t fake now!” she told K! of releasing it. “Some people thought it was fake, and I’ve proved them wrong, [because] I’ve got my own song.”
