Stand Atlantic have released a video for their new song molotov [OK]. Following their recent hook-up with nothing. nowhere on the track deathwish, molotov [OK] is a turn for the heavy for the Australian pop-punks.

The song deals with the intolerance singer Bonnie Fraser saw growing up in a Christian community and attending religious school. In particular, it rails against the homophobia being taught to the students.

“I went to a Christian school for three years of my life. When a pastor says ‘all gays will burn in hell’ during an assembly, you’re gonna remember it, and you’re gonna write a song about it,” she says. “It baffles me how someone can believe something so negative about someone yet act all nice and loving to your face and pretend to care about you. Fuck that – I hope he hears this.”

The band have also announced a UK tour for next year. Catch them at the following:

17 Nottingham Rescue Rooms
19 London Electric Ballroom
20 Southampton The Loft
22 Leeds Stylus
23 Glasgow SWG3 Studio Warehouse
