The HU drop two new singles, The Men and Warrior Chant
After January’s The Real You, The HU are continuing to give fans a taste of their next studio album – the follow-up to 2022’s Rumble Of Thunder…
Mongolian folk-metallers The HU will be dropping their third album, HUN, later this summer...
The HU have announced a new album, HUN, and released the single Lost Soul featuring Jonny Hawkins of Nothing More.
The Mongolian folk-metallers have already dropped several new singles this year, including The Real You, The Men and Warrior Chant. All of these are appearing on their first new album since 2022, which is arriving on July 24 via Better Noise Music.
They’ve now offered another preview in the form of the punchy new single Lost Soul, with a guest verse from Nothing More’s Jonny Hawkins.
“We have been unpacking our surprises one by one. Hunnu Rock transcends through culture and in that respect, we have made Lost Soul with Jonny Hawkins,” says vocalist Galaa. “To be not lost on your life journey, not losing your values, and go through life and having a courage to face the life obstacles are messages we are sending our fans through this song Lost Soul and in our next album, HUN.”
Jonny adds, “I am so excited to team up with a band as committed to their craft as The HU. It's unlike anything I’ve done before.”

On the album itself, the band says: “We took our time to do this right, and we're so glad that we're almost ready to release what we have worked on these past few years. "Now, we are also focusing on the performances and working out a brand-new setlist.
“We want to play bigger venues so we can do extensive production, and bring in some amazing elements of our culture, and play these ideas to our fans. And, as well as our third album, we have some amazing ideas for another album already!”
The HU will be back in the UK in July to perform at Iron Maiden's EDDFEST event in Knebworth. They've also got plans for a headline UK and European tour this October.
