Motörhead’s Phil Campbell Announces Solo Album Old Lions Still Roar

Phil Campbell’s debut solo album is coming this year

Former Motörhead guitarist Phil Campbell has announced his first solo album.

Having released The Age Of Absurdity album with his Phil Campbell And The Bastard Sons outfit last year, Phil will released his first proper solo record later this year via Nuclear Blast Records.

I’m really happy to release my first solo album, Old Lions Still Roar, worldwide,” says Phil Campbell. “I’m also honoured to have mega talented guests and friends do their thing. Looking forward to everyone taking a listen!”

Old Lions Still Roar will include guest appearances from such rock royalty as Rob Halford, Alice Cooper and Dee Snider.

Phil Campbell And The Bastard Sons our touring across Europe this summer, hitting up a ton of festivals before joining Megadeth’s MegaCruise in October.
