Before they headline this weekend’s When We Were Young fest, Green Day will be playing a 1,000-capacity club show on October 19.

Surprise! Well, not really… Green Day have just announced a “not so top-secret” show in Las Vegas tomorrow night.

The band will play the 1,000-capacity Fremont Country Club on October 19, ahead of this weekend’s massive When We Were Young fest at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds.

Support tomorrow evening comes from Ultra Q (whose members include frontman Billie Joe Armstrong’s son, Jakob).

With tickets going on sale tomorrow at 10am PT, Green Day have shared that the show will be for ages 21+, and fans can get two tickets max per person. The band also encourage: “Don’t forget to wear your best zombie look, make-up and attire.” Which may refer to the 21st Century Breakdown-esque teaser video they posted earlier in the week, which also featured zombies. Oooohhhh…
