Happy Birthday, Corey Taylor!

Today, Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor turns 45 years old – which, among other things, makes one wonder how he does it all.

Your 40s are supposed to be the age at which you lighten up and dad out, but Corey had one hell of a year. He released a new song and video with Slipknot:

He started work on Slipknot's next album:

He paid tribute to his one-year gone friend:

He's still getting rushed by crazed fans (though we know how that ends):
