Scooter are playing Download Festival 2026

Yes, you read that correctly, jumpstyle legends Scooter are playing Download Festival next year.

After festival head honcho Kam Haq revealed at the Download launch party earlier this month that he had secured a curveball booking for next year's festival, Reddit threads and Facebook groups were awash with potential leftfield artists that could step up to the plate, but we don't think anyone expected the German dance titans to come and join the party at Donington.

And, let's be honest, it's going to be brilliant.

The Instagram post making the announcement says that Scooter will be "taking over The Avalanche Stage" so you have to assume they'll be headlining one of the days. Who doesn't fancy a bit of Jumping All Over The World before Limp Bizkit?

Scooter will join the likes of Limp Bizkit, Guns N' Roses, Linkin Park, Bad Omens, Electric Callboy, Architects and more at Download next year.

Download takes place at Donington Park on June 12 – 14.
