Megadeth Announce New Greatest Hits Collection
Seminal thrashers Megadeth have announced a new greatest hits collection titled Warheads On Foreheads.
Following a cryptic teaser trailer on the band’s Facebook page last week, Megadeth have revealed that a new 35-track greatest hits compilation is coming on March 22.
Last year Megadeth celebrated their 35th anniversary, so a 35-song tracklist seems appropriate. According to the band’s Facebook post, the songs chosen for the compilation were handpicked by Dave Mustaine, so it’ll be interesting to see which tracks Megadave deems the greatest from Megadeth’s catalogue.
The tracklist hasn’t been made public just yet, but the warhead-heavy artwork has been available. And if you look closely, you can see certain song titles scrawled into the sides of the missiles, including Symphony Of Destruction, Dystopia and Public Enemy No.1.
Pre-orders for Cyber Army members begins on January 25, ahead of the official release on March 22.
