Witchsorrow have shared a live session recorded in the unique setting of the Earth House - check it out below.

The 24-minute video looks as wicked as it sounds, with the Hampshire trio playing in a wooden room surrounded by candles and torches. They play three songs - new singles Bacchus and Hades Chains as well as older favourite Demons of the Mind, with commentary from vocalist Necroskull between them.

"It's a rare thing to get to play somewhere like the Earth House, and really take time creating an atmosphere and being able to get in touch with parts of our music that sometimes don't take centre-stage,” the band say. “It was slightly strange playing without an audience, but it meant that we were just playing purely for the three of us, and concentrating only on how we felt about the music and the surroundings. This was the first time we'd performed Bacchus, and it was wonderful to be able to do it in an environment like that."

Earth House add: “At Earth House Sessions we are trying to showcase bands in their natural aesthetic habitat. Doom metal and its lyrical themes are interwoven with folklore and mysticism, so our ancient wooden location seemed like a perfect fit for this kind of session. Thank you to our fantastic crew as ever, who made it happen in freezing conditions, to Leanne for the pyro, and to Dan Weller for making it sound huge in the mix.”
