Watch: Max Mayfield lookalike covers Master Of Puppets on the drums

While Max Mayfield showed her love for Kate Bush and Eddie Munson made his Metallica fandom known in the latest season of Stranger Things, the character roles have just (half) reversed, with a Max lookalike drumming along to Master Of Puppets!

YouTuber and streamer Mini Fairhurst is behind this awesome (and, quite frankly, trippy) new video, with the drummer – who has stressed online that she is definitely not actor Sadie Sink, who plays Max in the show – donning her best Max attire to really go all-out. "let's be honest, i had to cover this song because yes i love stranger things and yes i cried like a BABY throughout season 4 and yes i had to put my new jacket to good use," says Mini in the video's caption.

Of course, Master Of Puppets has blown up since being used in the Stranger Things 4 finale, with the band themselves joining in on the fun by wearing Hellfire Club shirts for an online performance of the metal classic, and saying that they were "blown away" by the scene in which it was used. Long may it all continue!
